HireRises Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Eligibility and Accounts
Users may create accounts to access the Services. You agree to provide accurate information,
maintain the security of your account credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity that
occurs under your account. HireRises reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for
violations of these Terms.
2. Use of Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. The Services provide advanced AI
functionality, including the ability to upload documents, text, and images. You agree not to use
the Services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities, or to interfere with the
security or operation of the platform
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services (“User Content”). By
submitting User Content, you grant HireRises a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to
host, process, analyze, and display such content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the
Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content.
4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments
HireRises may offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, and one-time purchases. Pricing, billing,
renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are disclosed at the time of purchase and governed by
separate billing policies. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, AI systems (including Abbie), and related
intellectual property are the exclusive property of HireRises Corp or its licensors. No ownership
rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
6. Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree that HireRises may use, implement, and
modify such feedback without compensation or attribution.
7. Promotions and Contests
HireRises may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes from time to time. Additional terms
may apply and will be provided with such offers.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. HireRises may suspend or terminate your access if
you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW, HIRERISES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-
INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIRERISES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR
RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida,
without regard to conflict of law principles.
