End User License Agreement (EULA) & Required Disclosures
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This EULA governs your access to and use of the HireRises platform, Abbie AI, websites, mobile
applications, and related services (collectively, the “Application”). By accessing or using the
Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
1. License Grant
HireRises grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable
license to access and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject
to this EULA.
2. License Restrictions
Users are expressly prohibited from:

Selling, leasing, sublicensing, transmitting, hosting, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Application

Copying or using the Application for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use

Modifying, decrypting, decompiling, reverse compiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code

Circumventing security, access controls, or usage limits
-
Using the Application in violation of any applicable law or regulation
-
Any unauthorized use terminates this license immediately.
3. App Store Availability
The Application may be made available through third-party app stores, including the Apple App
Store and Google Play Store.
You acknowledge that:

This EULA is between you and HireRises, not Apple or Google

App store providers are not responsible for the Application
-
App store terms may apply in addition to this EULA
4. User-Generated Content
Users may be permitted to submit content, including text, images, or other materials (“User
Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant
HireRises a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, process, and display such
content solely to operate and improve the Application.
HireRises reserves the right to remove content that violates this EULA or applicable law.
5. Updates and Modifications
HireRises may update the Application from time to time, including adding or removing features,
fixing bugs, or enhancing security.
You acknowledge that:

Updates may be automatic

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates

Certain features may change or be discontinued
6. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you acknowledge and agree that:

HireRises may use, implement, or modify such feedback

No compensation, attribution, or credit is owed
7. Intellectual Property
The Application, including all software, designs, algorithms, trademarks, logos, content, and AI
systems (including Abbie), are the exclusive intellectual property of HireRises Corp.
Nothing in this EULA transfers ownership rights to you.
8. Privacy and Data Collection
HireRises collects and processes personal information as described in its Privacy Policy.
Personal information collected may include:

Email address

First and last name

Phone number
-
Address (city, state, ZIP/postal code)

Social media profile information (where connected)

Device and usage data

Location data (where enabled)
The Application may use:

Analytics tools such as Google Analytics

Advertising and remarketing services

Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies
A separate Privacy Policy governs these practices and is incorporated by reference.
9. Children Under 13 (COPPA Disclosure)
The Application may collect limited personal information from children under the age of 13 only
through family plans and under verified parental or guardian consent.
Parents or guardians may:

Review collected information

Request deletion

Control permissions and access
HireRises complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
10. Paid Services
The Application may offer paid subscriptions or services. Billing terms are governed by separate
agreements and policies.
11. Advertising and Remarketing
The Application may display advertisements and use remarketing services. Ads are not targeted
to minors.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” HIRERISES DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIRERISES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
14. Termination
HireRises may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of this EULA or
applicable law.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.
15. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
