This Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, payments, renewals, and usage-based fees work
for HireRises and the Abbie AI platform.

1. Subscription Billing

HireRises subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
Billing cycles:

  • Monthly plans renew every 30 days.

  • Annual plans renew every 12 months.

You authorize HireRises to charge the payment method on file for subscription fees, TTC
overage fees, and any applicable taxes.

2. Payment Methods

We accept all major Stripe-supported payment methods, including:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Link by Stripe

  • Other region-specific Stripe wallets (varies by country)

You may update your payment method at any time in your account settings.

3. TTC Overage Billing

Each plan includes a monthly TTC (Total Token Consumption) allowance. TTC measures the
compute required for tasks such as transcription, Megasearch, reasoning, and advanced coaching.
If you exceed your monthly TTC allowance:

  • Overage fees apply at your plan’s rate

  • Overage is billed at the end of the billing cycle

  • You will receive in-app and email notifications before any charge

  • Overages do not interrupt service unless your payment fails

NOTE: Unused TTC does not roll over -they start fresh at the end of each billing cycle.

4. Free Trials and Freemium Plans

Freemium plans do not require a payment method.
If you upgrade during a trial, billing begins immediately and prorated credit applies
automatically.

5. Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade anytime.
Stripe handles proration automatically, meaning:

  • Upgrades are charged immediately for the remaining cycle

  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date

No credits are given for unused TTC.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry your payment method.
If retries continue to fail:

  • Your account may enter a limited-access state

  • Some features may pause

  • You will be notified to update your payment details

Your data will remain safe during this period.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Incorrect billing amounts

  • Unauthorized transactions after account closure

To request a refund, contact support at support@hirerises.com.


We do not issue refunds for:

  • Partially used subscription periods

  • Unused TTC

  • Overage charges already incurred

  • Services used before cancellation

8. Taxes

Depending on your location, taxes may be added at checkout and are calculated automatically by
Stripe.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past ones.
You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
